Presentation

The custom boards created in our workshop are true objects of art. We put all of our know-how into the design of these exceptional objects, both noble and high-performance, for a unique sliding experience. The LIGHT FSP PRO SUP CUSTOM construction offers a perfect combination of strength and lightness, giving the board additional flexibility. Here, the iconic original squash tail of the SUP CURVE SP PRO has been transformed into a round tail, offering superior control while preserving exceptional maneuverability. The Curve SP Pro 7’2, is a board resulting from the latest work of l’Ours concerning the competition shortboard program. The main axis of development is the reduction of the width in order to benefit from maximum speed and to rediscover the feeling of a very narrow board more than ever typical of surfing. The Curve SP Pro are real competition boards, intended for the highest steps of the podium and to push your limits: rollers, top turns, slashes, powerful cut backs, airs and pushing waves. This is the board for those who want to produce aggressive surfing while maintaining a little length to ensure good paddling speed in order to score as many waves as possible during the heat. Ideal waves:
  • Size: from one thigh size to two large men’s sizes.
  • Power: it gives its best in heavy waves.
  • Appearance: it goes everywhere, even in chop and wind when surfing but obviously prefers glassy to paddling.

These boards feature our innovative, high-end FSP Pro technology.

This Full Sandwich PVC full carbon offers the best dynamics while preserving strength, at an incredible weight. Quite simply, it's the ultimate in mass-produced custom sandwich technology.

  • 3D shape on modeling software.
  • Preshape by numerical control for total reliability.
  • Shape control by traditional templates, finishing off the last mm 100% by hand.
  • 100 % epoxy resin and EPS foam blank: solid and lightweight.
  • Deck, hull, and rails in vacuumed PVC sandwich: incomparable solidity and incredible dynamism.
  • Deck: full PVC/fiberglass and carbon sandwich composed of a high-density PVC foam core and 1 layer of 4oz fiberglass and 1 layer of 6oz biaxial carbon fiber, fiberglass reinforcements on the sensitive areas.
  • Hull: full PVC/fiberglass and carbon sandwich composed of a high-density PVC foam core and 1 layer of 6oz carbon fiber, fiberglass reinforcements on the sensitive areas.
  • Rails: the PVC sandwich structure completely covers the rails: increased structural strength, very good impact resistance (paddle hits).
  • Integrated carrying handle in the top PVC sandwich : limits settling, avoids breakage in the surrounding area.
  • Resin tinted hot coat : nobility of the process, weight saving and solidity of the finish.
  • Hand-made matt “custom finish” for weight saving and a better glide.
