Presentation

The shortSUP to smash everything in small conditions. The custom boards created in our workshop are true objects of art. We put all of our know-how into the design of these exceptional objects, both noble and high-performance, for a unique sliding experience. The LIGHT FSP PRO SUP CUSTOM construction offers a perfect combination of strength and lightness, giving the board additional flexibility. The original shape remained intact, because it was already perfect in its program. An assurance of unrivaled performance, preserving the very essence of this model for an uncompromising experience. Because that is its strong point. Its wide nose is absolutely brilliant for taking off and on the slope, and then it accelerates. The bottoms are furious and its tail coupled with the wingers ensure excellent acceleration to maintain all the necessary speed before sending your top turn. It also offers excellent hold and the stability you need to enjoy hollow waves. A board that is driven by instinct and will only be limited by what you give it.

  • Rocker: moderate to manage the slope while generating maximum speed.
  • Rails: thin and hard for a real hardcore surf feeling.
  • Volume: very low, zero concessions.
  • Outline: thin at the tail, thin in the center with a central beam and a tapered nose. Narrow deck for maximum natural speed.
  • Deck: flat for more stability.
  • Bottom: single concave to double concave to light V double concave.
  • Tail: Diamond tail with wingers for more freedom in curves.
  • Nose: 100% radical nose point.

This Full Sandwich PVC full carbon offers the best dynamics while preserving strength, at an incredible weight. Quite simply, it's the ultimate in mass-produced custom sandwich technology.

  • 3D shape on modeling software.
  • Preshape by numerical control for total reliability.
  • Shape control by traditional templates, finishing off the last mm 100% by hand.
  • 100 % epoxy resin and EPS foam blank: solid and lightweight.
  • Deck, hull, and rails in vacuumed PVC sandwich: incomparable solidity and incredible dynamism.
  • Deck: full PVC/fiberglass and carbon sandwich composed of a high-density PVC foam core and 1 layer of 4oz fiberglass and 1 layer of 6oz biaxial carbon fiber, fiberglass reinforcements on the sensitive areas.
  • Hull: full PVC/fiberglass and carbon sandwich composed of a high-density PVC foam core and 1 layer of 6oz carbon fiber, fiberglass reinforcements on the sensitive areas.
  • Rails: the PVC sandwich structure completely covers the rails: increased structural strength, very good impact resistance (paddle hits).
  • Integrated carrying handle in the top PVC sandwich : limits settling, avoids breakage in the surrounding area.
  • Resin tinted hot coat : nobility of the process, weight saving and solidity of the finish.
  • Hand-made matt “custom finish” for weight saving and a better glide.
