Introduction

The Carbon Mix 30% is a model that performs just as well for surfing as it does for cruising. This model is adjustable from 164 to 214cm to adapt to all sizes and can be dismantled into 3 parts to fit in the bag of your inflatable SUP! Its shape with a limited volume and a fluid teardrop outline gives it that much sought-after versatility. This paddle meets the expectations of progressing SUPers who want an efficient, light and well-finished paddle, accessible to all budgets.

Blade

The shape of the blade has a small volume to erase mistakes and lets itself be forgotten. The fluid outline combines comfort and performance in the surf with very good propulsion capacities. An ABS field protects it over the entire length of its perimeter exposed to shocks. When paddling, it’s a powerful paddle. The catch is straightforward, managing direction requires little effort, its behavior is very healthy and reassures less technical paddlers. It’s able to paddle at high rhythm and to generate a lot of grip under acceleration, it is an efficient paddle in all circumstances. In surfing, it glides wonderfully thanks to its magical upper surface. With its moderate rocker on the upper surface, it generates good grip in the surf when the paddle is far from the surfer (bottoms turns for example) for a precise drive and offers maximum glide as soon as it is close to the axis of the board and the surfer. You never feel pulled back when applying downforce on the paddle, well handled it is able to increase your speed in turns. There is still a little volume at the top and in the center of the blade to maintain tolerance, especially in mushy waves and in choppy water. It’s a great paddle for all aspects of surfing.

Handle

The handle has an ergonomic T-shape. It allows great precision in the blade movements in and out of the water. The water exit is clean because your upper hand perfectly controls the angle of the blade. The ergonomics are discreet and efficient, not excessive in volumes. Support in the palm is forgiving and well distributed. Comfort and efficiency.

Shaft

The shaft is round and the outer diameter is 29mm. In full carbon, it offers optimum dynamism while maintaining an interesting compromise between rigidity to be precise when surfing and flex to maintain comfort when paddling on a sporty ride. This is also a good point for those with painful joints. The extension has an anti-twist groove to prevent rotation in the shaft. The clip assembly of the blade on the shaft is of hexagonal section so as to limit the play.

Delivery

Delivery delay

We indicate a preparation and shipping time of 3 working days. In reality, the majority of orders are shipped within 24/48 hours.

The delivery time, i.e. delivery time of the package to your home, then depends on the delivery location and the carrier.

We work with reliable and efficient carriers. 99% of shipments go perfectly and quickly. In the case of the remaining 1%, rest assured that we will do what is necessary with the carrier.

Shipping fees

Unlike other sites, shipping costs are not hidden behind the price of our products. You know exactly what shipping costs you, and you are not disadvantaged if you choose to collect your order at our GONG Space Center.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of each package, and your delivery address.

Tracking your package

Delivery tracking is managed directly by the carriers to whom we have entrusted your packages. They will contact you by email or SMS to allow you to choose delivery methods and follow the route of your package.

Carriers

We work with the best transport societies to deliver to you throughout Europe and the world within very short deadlines. We chose them for their quality of service and their compliance with deadlines.

For mainland France, 80% of your orders arrive at their destination in less than 48 hours of processing.

For Europe, delivery times vary from 3 to 6 working days, depending on the country of destination.

For the rest of the world, delivery times depend on transit time and customs clearance time. This delay depends on customs and can last from a few days to a few weeks depending on the destination and seasonality.

Please note, transport time is added to preparation/shipping time. Two companies collaborate on your order (GONG and the carrier). Each one masters its activity and is committed to optimizing its deadlines so that you are delivered as quickly as possible and at a reasonable price.

Eco-responsible packaging

Receipt of your product

Upon delivery, check the condition of your package in the presence of the carrier. A complete explanation email on the procedure to follow will be sent to you when your order is shipped.

Despite our requirements and all the care we take in the packaging and protection of your product, transport hazards may occur, and your product may suffer more or less significant transport damage.

Note that the products are protected in their carton. If you have any doubts, simply refuse delivery and contact us.
