Among these roles, the Customer Support Advisor is there to guide and reassure our customers throughout their journey. GONG is a pure player, meaning our products are sold exclusively on our website www.gong-galaxy.com or at the GONG Space Center, our only retail store worldwide.
With this model, we control the entire value chain—from design to shipping—which comes with a major responsibility: for every issue, we must provide solutions and support that exceed customer expectations.
The Customer Support Advisor draws on their problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills to respond effectively to our customers' various inquiries.
