Francesco Cappuzzo, current world champion for the second year in a row, dominated the day with back-to-back wins. Riding his Droid SP Aramid CZ 4m², Ypra Race 540 foil and Racer board, he once again proves he’s the one to beat.

Bastien Escofet, 3rd overall in last year’s world rankings, delivered a solid performance, finishing 5th in the first race and 2nd in the next. He now holds a provisional top-3 position right behind Francesco.
On the women’s side, Charlie showed excellent starts and great speed with her Ypra Slalom XS. While she struggled a bit in the pumping section, she was consistently among the top 3 at the first buoy. With a few adjustments, her progression looks very promising.
Next up today, if conditions allow, are two more eliminations before heading into the final rounds.
The competition is on, and our riders are already at the front of the pack.
