SHOP: CLICK AND COLLECT !!!

GONG reactivates a “click and collect” system to cope with the latest governmental measures.

Due to the latest restrictions coming in the force in France, our shop in La Baule is closed to visitors until further notice. Our online shop is working as usual and we continue to deliver without exception everywhere in France and in the rest of the world.

From the 6th of April, the click and collect service will be reactivated in La Baule, by appointment only from 9am to 5,30pm Monday to Friday, for orders placed on the online shop.

For the safety of all we cannot welcome you outside the framework of “Click and collect” orders described below:

• You choose the “click and collect” mode when you place your order.
• You will receive an email with a link to book your order pick up appointment as soon as your order is ready or partially ready.
• You book your time slot, from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday, in order to collect your order.
• Your order will be ready to be picked up in front of the shop in La Baule in accordance with the rules of social distancing for the agreed slot.
• It will not be possible to place an order or buy products directly from the shop in La Baule.
