The HIPE in its smallest size is mainly intended for surf foil, kite foil or wake because it is only 48L. This is too little for most wingers, but ideal for trying waterstarts! This low volume makes it easy to sink the board to squat on it and put on the straps. All you have to do is use the vertical pull of the wing to get out of the water and pump the foil to get started.
