The GONG Space Center is a unique showcase of the passions that bring us together, featuring not only our surf shop but also our shaping workshop, GONG Factory, and our restaurant, The Slab.

And these exceptional spaces don’t just coexist. We work hand in hand to fulfill our mission: infuse passion into your plates.

The starting point: a desire to create unique pieces.

The story begins in our manufacturing workshop, where our skilled artisans breathe new life into boards, wings, foils, etc., throughout the year.

But our creativity doesn’t stop there. This commitment has also inspired our approach to The Slab’s slates, crafted by our teams using the same advanced techniques as our boards: a carbon sandwich with a high-density foam core, produced under vacuum.

Result: you discover our daily suggestions on full carbon slates with tinted resin that you won’t find anywhere else!

At The Slab, everything is homemade… even the slate!

This approach aligns with our Ocean Friendly Restaurant commitments (Surf Rider Foundation) and the DNA of Le Slab: everything is homemade. We are dedicated to offering you fresh and seasonal products.

Come and discover our daily specials on our slate boards! The restaurant is open every lunchtime except Sundays. We will be exceptionally closed to the public on 02/01/2024 for inventory.
