NEWS: THE NEW CATCH FOIL IS ONLINE !!!

The new Catch Foil is available online! Discover its new shape, new sizes and top-of-the-range equipment, all in the high end FSP 2X construction!
For many years now, the Catch has allowed kite foil practitioners to perform in a very wide spectrum, from freeride to freestyle and also in the waves. Its very compact shape also makes it possible to approach “race” performances!
The Catch Foil is also suitable for the practice of wing foil for experienced riders in strong winds and for the practice of surf foil in the waves or in dock starts.Significant work has been done on the hull and rails of the new Catch Foil.
Its new S rails, in the form of a double undulation extending from the rails on the side of the hull, reduce the grip with water in the event of a touchdown. They also act as stiffeners, which further energizes the board. The modification of the hull is radical with a double concave nose that dampens the touchdowns by dissipating energy and guiding the water before takeoff. The new hull and the new rails associated with the “rectangular” and short shape of the Catch Foil greatly reduce inertia and braking in the event and a touchdown. This is the best way to pass all the maneuvers or pump endlessly.

Nose
The nose is wide for lift before flying, with a hull worked for a very soft feel on touchdowns and to avoid falling forward. A wide central flat zone is present in front of the foil to improve the glide at low speed. And its hollowed out tail helps you to get out of the water. The board is fine-tuned and honed for action.
With the performance gain obtained thanks to the extensive work done on the shape, we were able to expand the range and review the sizes. Two small sizes join the range and the larger size is not renewed. The volumes increased slightly at equal length.
The range includes 5 boards from 4’0 to 4’8 for all sizes.
- The small 4’0 x 20L and 4’2 x 21L allow those with a high technical level or a small build to have maximum performance and freedom.
- The 4’4 x 25L and the 4’6 x 30L are more generous in lift and are aimed at beginner to intermediate levels, or heavier riders of a confirmed level in search of comfort.
- The 4’8 x 37L is very generous for kiting and is aimed at beginner levels, or riders of strong build who want ease in transitions.
New equipment
The new equipment includes a light GONG footstrap and 1 light GONG V-footstrap, of which the point of the V is fixed in a central position at the front. Thanks to this model, it is no longer necessary to overlay the layers of two independent straps with the resulting weak grip of the screw. With the one-piece V-strap, it doesn’t move.
These boards are equipped with an innovative technology called FSP 2X for the best weight / strength / performance compromise on the market.
