The new aluminum mast that equips our aluminum foils is available in new sizes, with a new assembly system for irreproachable rigidity and a more modern and efficient shape for a hyper precise feeling.

 

A more efficient shape

The mast gains in performance and modernity with this new teardrop-shaped profile. Its chord is wider to optimize hydrodynamics and limit drag. This also eliminates the phenomenon of mast twisting and thus offers sharper sensations in the surf.

The profile is also thicker to bring more rigidity and to offer a direct and incisive piloting which will surprise you even in very committed curves. This gain in rigidity will allow you to be much more efficient in pumping as well as in surfing thanks to a more precise feeling of the foil.

The rigidity of a monobloc mast with a removable system

A new assembly part between the mast and the fuselage is appearing this year: the Mast Fuselage Connector. It’s a conical piece to fit in the fuselage with a 6cm fitting in the mast to eliminate any potential play between these two parts. You have the rigidity of a monobloc mast with a removable system.

New mast sizes : 55cm, 65cm, 75cm, 85cm, 95cm

The new masts range from 55 cm for the smallest mast to 95 cm for the largest model which now equips the Freewave kite foil as well as the Curve wing foil. This larger size helps to avoid touchdowns and therefore falls, you can put more angle upwind and in tricks: this is the guarantee of great sensations.

The Allround kite foil as well as the Rise wing foil are now equipped with the 85cm Alu mast that offers the necessary margin for progression. Without encumbering you in your starts, it will also be very docile in flight and in curves with its median length. The Curve surf foil as well as the Rise surf foil used for surf foil and SUP foil are equipped with the 65cm Alu mast that offers the widest possible program in surfing. You can go in shallow water and you have the necessary margin to pump without feeling like you’re flying on high heels.
