The new Light footstraps supplied with our 2023 wing boards as well as the Luxe version are now available in our shop!

Do you want to upgrade your set of footstraps to a Luxe version or equip your kite foiling, surf foiling or SUP foiling board with new straps? The 2023 version of our footstraps offers you comfort, adjustability and durability in a new design and a revised shape for the Light version.

The Luxe range

Sold separately, the Luxe single and double V-shaped footstraps can be fitted to all boards that require the use of straps (wing foiling, SUP foiling, surf foiling, kite foiling or kitesurf).

The 2023 LUXE footstraps are symmetrical and super comfortable. This footstrap consists of an internal adjustable part with hook and loop and semi-rigid reinforcement and a padding for comfort under the adjustable part. All is covered in a neoprene sheath of the highest finish to avoid any rash.

This range offers the most comfortable contact with a more precise setting possible.

A GONG innovation, the V-shaped front footstraps, therefore screwed onto a single central insert and two lateral inserts, allows the front foot to be better centered and to obtain a better rail-to-rail without having to force the toes or cheat with the back foot. This balance also gives much more comfort on long sessions.

The Light range

The Light range is the one that equips all our wing foiling boards for the weight gain offered by these straps. And of course we offer them to you in detail in our shop.

More flexible when crushed than the Luxe range, but just as firm when riding, the Light range footstraps can bend under your foot in wing foiling or under your belly when paddling. An asset for surf foilers for example, to not hurt their chest.

The 2023 version of the Light V-shaped model has been refined to better kick into them and take off. Instinctively. The foot no longer remains “stuck” in the strap. They are also less covering on the side of the toes to save weight but enough to be very comfortable. Its single version is now symmetrical to have less surface on the foot and therefore less risk of getting stuck in the event of a fall. They are also more rigid than the previous version for better support and more precision.

The screws for our straps are supplied with our boards and also sold separately in our shop. If you are not using a GONG board, check with your board supplier to find out which screws are compliant for your inserts. Wrong size screws can seriously damage your inserts.
