How to pay for your GONG order in installments?

Take advantage of the option to pay in 3, 4, or 10 installments** when confirming your order.

To access these payment options, your shopping cart must reach a minimum of €100, €200, and €1000 respectively for payment in 3, 4, or 10 installments, and a maximum amount of €4500.

Your details will then be transmitted to our partner ALMA (a major French player in these services) who, subject to acceptance of your application, will offer you a payment schedule:

• Acceptance or refusal takes only a few moments at the time of payment. There is therefore no impact on your delivery time.
• An initial payment is made at the time of the order, the second payment 30 days later, and so on until the balance of your order is paid.
  
• The first payment at the time of the order includes the fees associated with this payment option. Note that GONG also covers a large part of the fees.

For example, for a purchase of €150 in Germany where the associated fees for 3X payment are currently 1.72%, the first payment would be €52.61 (including €2.61 in fees), followed by 2 payments of €50.

• Depending on your file, supporting documents may be requested to validate your financing request.

Need to postpone a payment?

If an unforeseen event disrupts your repayments, you have the option to postpone a payment by 15 days, with 1 click and no additional fees. This feature is accessible directly from your payment schedule, either before a due date or in case of late payment. Learn more.
