In recent months, the GONG staff has grown considerably across the board. This translates into more availability and an expansion of our skills, especially within the commercial team which can now process your requests in 5 languages!

 

 

In order to maintain the high level of client support that we have set for ourselves in a context where our sales, and therefore our interactions with our customers, continue to increase, we have doubled the staff of our commercial team in one year! It is not a simple duplication of our human resources but also an improvement of the services we offer. Indeed, we are now able to answer in the national language of 8 of the 10 main countries with which we exchange to date.

GONG’s DNA is the direct relationship with the users of its products. To provide this service with clear and direct answers to a constantly diversifying audience, the multilingual profile of our technical advisers and customer support is essential. Thus, the technical advisers respond daily to requests in French, English, German or Spanish concerning all our products. Customer support, which tracks your orders and after-sales service, can handle your requests in French, English, German, Spanish or Dutch.

The satisfaction rate we’re witnessing encourages us to move in this direction, which is that of proximity with our customers. The improvement of our services is a continuous work for which further progress will be communicated soon 😉
