MEETING : official long distance with Bo
Bo had organized a long distance last sunday. The weather was a bit cloudy but the cruising was fantastic.
Here is the resume :
For this 2nd edition of long distance, the bad weather was invited. No wind but of large drops. Between the bad weather, the “gastros” and the family obligations of last minutes we were 5 at this meeting.
The coast along the Cap Bénat is different from that of Hyères, I did not know this place but with my 12 ‘ NFA new horizons open to me.
17km of long distance (GPS embarked of Regis) and at the bottom of a split a small wave XXS come from space!!!
It was impossible Dominique and Edouard to leave this wave !!!
The sun arrived and we put out our wetsuits. On the way back, small race of 3km with Marcel (who did more than 80 km for this LD).
On arrival, after 3 hours on water, we were a little tired but that was only pleasure.
Edouard offered to each one a bottle of his vineyard and it is delighted which we returned.
The next one in one month, new destination (if weather is ok, an enormous cave to be visited and cliffs of more than 50 meters).
