The Lethal is characterized by a stunning takeoff despite a shape that makes little concession to accessibility. The secret of its early take-off lies in the water flow. Its shape pushes very little water, preferring to channel it through the worked-out lines of the hull and the rails up to its magic tail which releases the water without restraint. It takes off much earlier than a board with a tail that’s simply angled, which would generate a lot of disturbances too.

So the shaper seeks maximum fluidity to release the board from the water and delegate its lift to the foil as quickly as possible. Long hours in the shaping room that have to be validated on the water and which today is implemented on our production boards.
