JOBS: TRAFFIC MANAGER H/F
Become Traffic Manager for GONG Galaxy, the leader in direct sales of water sports ! We are looking for a person qualified for the job and passionate about our sports.
You will work at the GONG Space Center, our living space dedicated to our passions, travels, creations, DNA ; which includes a shaping workshop, a unique shop, a restaurant-bar, a training room, our design offices, an R&D test centre, the Pro Team base, the photo/video studio, logistics and much more.
The Traffic Manager is directly linked to the Marketing team and his main task is to boost the traffic towards our brand’s website by appealing to qualified audiences:- Targeting: Definition of target audiences (M/F, geographic area, interests etc)
- SEO: Optimising natural search engine (Google Trends, Semrush)
- SEA: Developing and offering a variety of marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta)
- Creation : Collaborating with creative/communication teams to offer original content (imagery, movies)
- Monitoring and analysing of reports about our campaigns’ effectiveness (coverage, click rate, conversion rate, ROI etc)
- Is organised, rigorous and precise
- Master essential tools of Growth Marketing (Semrush, Trends, Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics etc)
- Has an analytical mind
- Has good writing skills in french and english
- Loves teamwork
- Has a 3 years experience on a similar job
- Is passionate about our sports and knows them well
