Become a Product Manager Assistant at GONG, the leader in direct sales of gliding sports, and join a dynamic and growing team! We are looking for a creative person and passionate about our sports!
Kiters : Thibaut et Cyril, en Strutless 11 m et Freewave 9m.
You will work in the GONG Space Center, our living space dedicated to our passions, our travels, our creations, our DNA; which includes a shaping workshop, a unique shop, a restaurant-bar, a training room, a sea back, our design offices, an R&D test center, the Team Pro base, the photo/video studio, logistics and much more.
The Product Manager Assistant must: 1) Always be in contact with our factories- Formalize the production processes
- Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure that the production is running well
- To give structure and organization to GONG production to enable it to record very huge growth
- Analyze the needs and opportunities of GONG and participate in the renewal of our ranges
- Competitor monitoring, benchmarking, to know the market as its trends by heart
- Suggest and design products with R&D and theDesigner
- Ensure production follow-up and quality control
- Ensure safe and good conditions of production at all times (for teams, infrastructures, data and production tools)
- Establish reports by range and products
- Is very organized, rigorous and is especially attentive
- Practice our gliding sports and has a great technical knowledge
- A technical degree will be an added value but it’s not enough
