You will be the king or queen of online support at the GONG Space Center, our living space dedicated to our passions, our travels, our creations, our DNA; which includes a shaping workshop, a unique shop, a restaurant-bar, a training room, our design offices, an R&D test center, the Team Pro base, the photo/video studio, logistics and much more.

• Answer all the questions of our interlocutors (customers, carriers)
• Be positive, efficient and reassuring with our customers
• Juggle between the different media (chat, email, phone)

• Is at ease in English and French, both written and spoken
• Is naturally friendly, pleasant, rigorous and patient
• Finds solutions
• And of course, he shares our passion for gliding sports ?
