JOB: SHOP MANAGER

Become the manager of one of the biggest Surf Shop in Europe! While the entry into our new building is imminent for all GONG staff, we are looking for a Shop Manager to manage the shop and the teams on a daily basis, and to manage the reception and advice of our customers in this exceptional environment.

Within the next GONG Space Center, this new shop is a showcase of everything we offer and a meeting place for many enthusiasts from the region and visiting. An ultra-friendly meeting place where you can discuss gear over a coffee at the bar, in the restaurant of the shop or outdoors on the terrace facing the forest.

The Shop Manager’s mission is to exploit the enormous potential of this working environment, giving it the dynamism it deserves and guaranteeing its good performance.

The spirit of GONG is to offer total support to visitors on our online shop. The level of service is identical for our physical shop where a quality welcome and top-level advice will be offered.

The applicant for the position must possess the essential qualities for the position. You are passionate about our sports and have an excellent command of their most technical aspects. You are organized, rigorous and are able to supervise a team of salespeople. You already have experience in a surf shop or in a similar function.
