A sensitive issue but so important.
The world of sports is feminizing step by step, but we are starting from a long way. So it’s very slow.
In 2014, Ysoline joined GONG and has produced incredible work ever since. In 2016 I appointed Diane to the products. She was one of (or the) first female product manager for an important technical brand. And many other women have joined us since.
I remember that it was our bankers who at the time pushed for a feminization of the workforce, and they were right.
So in 2021, a quarter of the workforce is made up of women and I am happy to note that they are on average better paid than boys since they often hold positions of responsibility. For the same job, the salary is of course the same but their average is 300 € higher than that of boys.
Controversial or not, for me GONG must continue to open its doors and welcome the best.

Ben pourquoi sujet polémique? Si tu penses que certains s’offusqueraient d’une telle “avancée” (qui n’est que normalité), tu as raison, mais j’espère que ce n’est pas la majorité! Je veux bien porter une perruque pour 300€ de plus : )
