INFO : CORONAVIRUS VS GONG !!!

“Hello, Our priority is to protect our Customers, our Teams, our Relatives, Strangers and our Business. GONG is a solid company that can afford a long stand by to effectively protect people and resume a quality service later. At the time of writing, the measures taken by GONG are : 1/ Closing of the physical shop: We are organizing a drive service this Monday March 16th between 4pm and 6pm, without any contact or proximity, through our glass airlock. It will be possible for you to come by appointment taken by email to info@gongsup.com to collect your order. No gathering will be possible in front of our premises. The confinement supposes reasonably not to move for another reason than food, medical, or professional. We therefore ask you to respect this instruction and to have your order delivered, even if you live 500m away. In the near future, everything suggests that travel will be strictly forbidden in France, including non-food transport. The practice of our sports will in this case be forbidden as it is the case in Italy and Spain. 2/ Opening of the Online Shop: To date the online shop is working as usual. It will work perfectly during the crisis. Deliveries to some countries are stopped. We therefore keep the orders that cannot be shipped quick out of our premises, they will be ready to leave when the epidemic is contained. It is possible to be delivered in France but all logistics outside GONG can, and may be, stopped overnight. But we will continue to process your orders: we have transformed the physical shop into an order storage area. Thus all orders that cannot be shipped are prepared and isolated in the order of receipt, allowing an immediate restart. Our Teams are 70% teleworking in order to protect them and the activity of processing your orders. We had already put measures in place because we have been living this crisis since January in China. Photoshooting trips have been cancelled, orders have been adjusted to demand, production has been reorganized. As we anticipated, the problem is no longer to be supplied, but simply that life stops in Europe. We now have 100% operational production capacity. However, we will certainly remain confined for several weeks. So we are going to occupy this break by taking up the logistical challenge, trying to keep you dreaming and answering all your questions. We were able to get out of the Covid crisis in China in just a few weeks, turning our operations upside down, but without really impacting our service. We are working on all the solutions so that it will be the same in Europe and that this dramatic episode for everyone will end as well as possible. Let me sum up : 1/ Our physical shop is closed. 2/ Our online shop will function normally until the end of the crisis, without delivery during the total containment which will be announced to us urgently. Deliveries will resume in the order of order. GONG is above all the joy of life. So let us make all the necessary sacrifices so that this one can return quickly.
