The Snap is a basic of SUB.
The key of this move are:
– have a good speed.
– going quite horizontal.
– pull on the paddle during the turn.
– put your weight on the front foot and push on the back one
– don’t fall down on your back.
– find the best balance between speed/ fin surface/power on the back foot.
