HOW TO : nose slide to 360° Helico !!!
Please, have a look at this action.
First, have a look at the paddle management. L’Ours does a vertical action on it during the nose ride then he goes for an horizontal action for the nose slide. This is the key point for him to do full speed nose slides.
Then have a look at his front leg. He strengths his front leg during the nose slide to stop the rotation and he bend it to enter the 360°.
And, have a look at his chest during the second part of the 360°. It is really forward on the move to keep control and transmit energy to the board at the end of the move. SUPer : Patrice Guénolé on a 12′ NFA and full carbone paddle.
