HOW TO : avoid a close out !!!
When the wave close, you have to go out. To do it, you have two solutions: going straight to the beach or going over the lip.
Going over the lip is a good solution to go outside fast. Here is the how to. It is just a powerfull and long bottom to the lip. Push a lot on the paddle to manage the curve and your balance. When you are on the back of the wave, paddle fast and go directly to the center of the board and adopt your paddle stance and attitude.
Take care to never do this trick with your board parallele to the lip to avoid a big wipe out.
