What is HDCC ?

The manufacturing process of HDCC (High Density Core Carbon) is akin to that of a foil wing. The board is manufactured from aerospace-grade prepreg carbon fiber and a high-density foam core with mechanical properties that ensure structural cohesion and hydrophobicity in case of damage.

The user benefits are crystal clear :

Strength and Durability: High-temperature molding enhances the bond in between fibers and resin, increasing mechanical strength and durability under high stress.
Lightness and Responsiveness: Full carbon prepreg lamination allows an homogeneous and optimized distribution of resin. Excess weight is eliminated without compromising the strength, making the boards lighter and more performance.
Precision: Molds allow the manufacturing of parts with ultra-precise tolerances, improving the aerodynamics and hydrodynamics of the products.
High-Density Foam Core: The high-density foam core used is a hydrophobic material, extremely costly and high-performing in aerospace applications. It provides structural stiffness and exceptional durability while maintaining a lightweight.
Zero Waste: Unlike hand lamination, which can result in excess resin and fibers, molded manufacturing optimizes material use, minimizing waste and reducing the ecological footprint of production.

One size only

It is available in a single size of 3’5 for 9.5L. As soon as you have the level to ride a Kiwii, the volume doesn't matter.

Note that this size is ideal for traveling. A major advantage when you like to travel light. A Kiwii with two Strutless and you have the lightest quiver.
