The choice between a Zuma and a Mob 2TASTE will be made according to the desired usage : 100% Foil use. Without hesitation, the Zuma. Its shape is 100% dedicated to this practice and offers excellent performance. Note that it will be more difficult to master for a beginner level SUPer with no experience in SUP Surfing on a Board less than 7 feet. It requires a good rowing technique to be able to take off-off easily.
100% Wing Foil use. The Zuma is perfect for the Wing Foil. Its generous volume provides good stability, necessary and sufficient even for a beginner in SUPFoil.
SUPFoil / Wing usage. For the more experienced, the Zuma. For a beginner, the Mob 2Taste is recommended because it is less demanding when rowing in SUPFoil.
SUPFoil / Wing / SUP surf usage. Here’s where it gets tricky, the Mob 2Taste wins hands down. Being equipped with FCS II boxes for use in SUP Surf and US rails to install a Foil, this Board now offers total versatility, and allows for its very stable shape to surf a shorter Board.
