GEAR: V2 MAST PLUGS

The mast plugs for our Allvator V2 masts, which prevent water infiltration, are available!

The Allvator V2 mast plugs are super efficient and easy to use. They make it possible to limit the infiltration of water into the mast when you are sailing. This has a direct impact on the weight of the foil when sailing, which will be much lighter without being filled with water. In addition, they will slow down corrosion. Essential !

At each end of the mast there are 2 cavities to insert the plugs (see image below). The cavity at the front of the mast is smaller than the one at the rear, so there are two sizes of plugs provided in the set.

1 set = 4 caps (2 front + 2 rear)

Be careful to put them in place to ensure a good seal.

Note that you should remove them regularly to rinse your mast with fresh water, which is why they are not glued at the factory.
