GEAR : THE FATAL FSP PRO QUIVERS BUDDIES !!!

The radical ShortSUP that excels in small conditions.
A Quiver with choice is essential to surf in the best possible conditions. With GONG, you have the possibility to create a real Quiver, thanks to our Direct Sales system from Shaper to SUPer which allows us to offer you low prices without cutting back on quality.
You get a Fatal because you know exactly what you want. So clearly, either you chose this Board for its unique feel, and you don’t feel the need to surf anything else, or you set your sights on this Board to complete a good sized Quiver, to go out and explore the very specific but frequent conditions where it dominates all its competitors.
It will be completed with one or more long railed Boards. The extreme maneuverability of the Fatal is due in part to its very small portion of rail used in curves. But at high speed this small section and its width make it more difficult to control. Either you surf slower by lengthening the bottom turns, or you go over a Karmen, an Alley or even a Zero for the stability of their rail in curves.
In small waves, the Fatal does the job, but only if you have thighs and you know how to use it because like all Boards that only express themselves by gliding, you have to dynamize it. If you want to save yourself this lactic job, look at Boards like the Mob, but especially Longboards in which you have a lot of choice.
The Quivers that go well, from small waves to big waves :
- NFA + Fatal + Karmen or Alley if you like everything.
- Zero + Fatal + Karmen or Alley if you are not a pure Noserider.
- Mob + Fatal + Karmen or Alley if you never want to cross step a Board.
The Fatal will have a hard time finding its place in a surfer’s Quiver because it’s the Board of someone who goes to the end of the SUP, and therefore will not necessarily have the time to invest in the heart of the surfing program which is exactly that of the Fatal : that of the daily performance Shortboard.
