On this World Recycling Day, let’s remember that the packaging that protects your rigid boards until they are delivered to your home is made from 100% recycled cardboard and paper! We abandoned bubble wrap and tape for this type of delivery in 2018 in favor of this much more sustainable solution. An additional cost for GONG we do not regret one second considering the significant amount of plastic waste that would have been generated by shipping the thousands of boards that we sell each year.

As a bonus, this solution is reusable for transporting your gear on a surf trip!

A reusable solution

To prevent a bad surprise on your holidays, we strongly recommend that you protect your board with Flexi-Hex which protects it totally: the rails, the deck, the nose and the tail. You just need to slip the board into a Flexi-Hex sleeve, all in a good board bag and go!
