The Racer FSP Pro, crowned with a victory in its first World Cup event, is now available in our online shop!

Developed with our team riders to aim for top positions on the Race and Freefly-Slalom world tours, this shape is sharpened for instant take-offs, harmless touchdowns, and total control when pushing the limits. On the Racer FSP Pro, speed specialists can unleash their power, choose the smallest foils, take crazy angles, and totally commit, notably thanks to a significant positive rake that offers a lot of forgiveness.

High-speed control proved decisive in the wild conditions of the Leucate event with gusts exceeding 50 knots, in which our team riders took 3 out of 4 places in the final, including the win.

Going fast with small foils

To achieve very high speeds in competition, you need a small, thin, fast foil that works especially at high speeds. At the same time, you need to be able to take off reasonably early, especially after a fall or in light wind. The shape of the Racer is narrow and planes early to offer you the best performance over a huge range of uses.

Its narrow outline translates into great take-off capabilities in light winds. And even though it won't take off as early as its cousins, the Cruzaders, its narrow and planing shape nonetheless positions it among boards capable of taking off easily and especially early with just a breath of air.

Positive rake integrated into the shape

The positive rake at the tail provides more front foot support and foil control at high speeds by allowing constant pressure on the front foot. It also ensures more comfort in choppy waters by lifting the nose at all speeds. And in case of a touchdown, it avoids sticking to the water.

A shape on top of the podium

At the first Freefly-Slalom event of the season in Leucate, the GONG team took the top spots and showcased exceptional speed on their 100% production equipment, notably with the new HM107 Team Series mast and the Racer FSP Pro, piloted by Francesco.

“The board feels really good , I used the 5’3'' that is 80lt and I was able to ride it from 15 knots to 55 knots, thanks to the length I can start really easy, but is still very maneuverable and easy to pump during the free-fly section . Thanks to the new bottom shape and pointed nose, touchdowns are not a problem anymore and the board bounces back up without losing any speed. Thanks to this new shape now we can go as fast as possible without thinking about the board!”
