The inflatable HIPE introduced by GONG in the early days of wing foiling quickly made a name for itself! Its Pro version raises the inflatable technology to the rank of reference for advanced level wing foilers.

The HIPE Pro has lifted the last reservations of purists attached to rigid boards thanks to a new shape, a new ICS plate and a new fixation system.

The feeling on the water is clearly that of a rigid board with a shape that puts the performance at the level of a Lethal FSP Pro. The HIPE Pro provides the answer to the challenge of combining ease of use and performance on the water. An ultra practical format, which fits in a transport bag with wheels. Evidenced by the many feedback left in the “Customer feedbacks” section of the HIPE Pro.

A shape designed for performance

The shape of the HIPE Pro is designed for high performance wing foiling. This version is ultra fluid to boost take-off: certainly one of the boards that takes off the earliest even among the rigid ones! It’s just stunning.

We have designed the new ICS Pro carbon plate in a round tail to match the shape of the HIPE Pro. The tail is so fluid that it feels like a rigid Lethal FSP Pro. It’s both elegant and efficient so as not to push water before takeoff. We really fly earlier and with less effort. Its outline centers the volume between your feet by refining the tips to limit the impact of touchdowns in surfs and tricks. Its rocker is moderate at the nose. It is enough to nail all landings in freestyle, but not too much to keep sliding on the water before takeoff. At the tail we are flat to maximize acceleration before takeoff.

ICS Pro plate

The ICS Pro carbon plate, which takes up all the efforts of the foil and the rider, is lighter, more fluid and ultra rigid. You really have the performance of a rigid board, and the advantages of an inflatable. A large reinforcement is positioned under the plate, and a second one covers the outline of the ICS Pro plate for maximum durability.

An innovative foil attachment system

With its 4 entries for your SCS inserts for Smart Connection System, the new ICS Pro carbon plate facilitates the assembly and adjustment of the foil. Performance without the hassle. We leave the nuts and the screws on the plate, we insert, we screw two rounds and off we go! There’s no going back after having tried it!
