GEAR : GONG Smoothly 5'11 surfboard available on line !!!
A very manoeuvrable and speedy board with good floatation. Thanks to its channels it is able to build up a lot of speed in small surf.

Presentation:

A little rocket in medium waves: the description fits the Smoothly perfectly.
An extremely smooth feel thanks to the deep channels under the tail which direct water flow and create lift. This board is lively and dynamic underfoot.
Despite its good volume it does not feel heavy thanks to the channels. Ideal for performing radical manoeuvres and making sections on a comfortable board.
It is fast, playful and turns really easily.
This post retro shape ingeniously blends the qualities of an eighties surfboard with a modern high performing board.
Its endearing look will encourage you to try lots of flowing aesthetic curves.
A retro but lively and tolerant board for those surfers who are greedy for versatility and style.

Programme:

This ultra eighties shape is designed for small to medium builds to capitalize on small to medium waves, when performing horizontal or vertical manoeuvres.

Technical level for surfing this shape:

– Beginner: good floatability but very short board. – Confirmed: the easiest 5’11 board possible. – Pro surfer: fun because it is retro and modern at the same time.

Shape floatation:

– Less than 65 kg: really good. – 65 kg to 85 kg: no problem. – More than 85 kg: works OK.

Shape intensity:

A really relaxed shape but which also likes to be driven with a lot of muscle.
