Not only does it bring more stability than a point nose, but it will allow you to size down without falling constantly, it also allows you to centralise the useful volume, taking it off the extremities (nose and tail). What you’ll find is a more fluid surf with less inertia at the extremities which makes it more reactive. Once off on the wave, it’s tail, together with the V under the back foot will offer you precision in drive and fast rail to rail. This turn machine goes from rail to rail with an exemplary efficiency and no speed loss.
