2-in-1 construction concept and lightness

The HIPE, as their name "High Inflatable Performance Evolution" implies, are the result of significant development, blending the best of premium composites and inflatables, bringing together the practicality of inflatables with the performance of a rigid board. A remarkable achievement that reaches a new level in 2025, with a range of even lighter boards, while retaining the same rigidity!

Two key areas of development for our new Woven Fusion Light technology:

• A meticulous selection of materials and the optimized construction of the ICS plate enable an outstanding level of lightness.

• A technology that seamlessly fuses the double-layered Woven Drop Stitch without glue.

You can immediately feel it as soon as you handle the board. From 2024 to 2025, we’ve reduced up to 2kg from our HIPE boards with Woven Fusion Light, without sacrificing rigidity! Additionally, we’ve saved around 800g on our Woven Light single-layer boards (the HIPE First and HIPE Freefly), which continue to be the lightest boards available.

Semi-rigid rail on the tail

To improve takeoff, our designers have developed a rigid rail at the tail of the HIPE Perf and "Pro" models (except for the HIPE Cruz, which features a Pin Tail). This allows for a clean release of water streams at the end of the hull, resulting in better glide before flying and boosting acceleration. You pump less and fly earlier.

A range equipped with dual-entry boxes for lightning-fast foil mounting!

The composite plate of the HIPE boards is equipped with Smart Connection System (SCS) double entry boxes to easily install and adjust the foil. The double holes correspond to the stance of the holes in your GONG foil plate. Simply present the foil with the brass nuts already mounted on the plate, slide them into the rails without disassembling, tighten the 4 screws, and you're ready to go.

To facilitate foil assembly, our new US fixing brass nuts are connected by a carbon fiber rod and are included with the board. This saves time for foil assembly, and the adjustment is precise. No more risk of losing your brass nuts: you leave them screwed on the plate and slide them into the US rails using the 4 new insertion holes. There's nothing to disassemble: just tighten the screws and go!

Foil adjustment is also easier and more precise with the adjustment information engraved on the plate.

• HIPE Learn

Its role is to make your life as easy as possible during the learning phase. If you are new to sailing, it will allow you to learn the basics at your own pace. By getting to know all the basics of sailing with a wing on this ultra stable board, because it can be equipped with a centerboard instead of the foil, you will be in the best conditions to then take off by equipping it with a foil.

The possibility of mounting the board with a centerboard rather than a foil also makes it an interesting board for a SUP use, for the whole family and especially for the kids. Or simply to cruise around with a wing in lighter winds or introduce friends to winging.

Look no further for the most accessible board to get into wing foiling. The HIPE First brings together all the assets to make your first takeoffs, your first maneuvers and surf your first waves in freefly. This is the inflatable board that will offer you all your first times in wing foiling and much more thanks to the stability and lightness of its compact shape. On its perfectly flat strapless deck, you are completely comfortable when kneeling on the board, without the risk of bumping into straps when standing up.

• HIPE Perf

Scalable, efficient and easy to transport, the HIPE Perf is THE best seller of wingfoil boards, all constructions and models combined. Like all HIPE boards in the GONG range, it is the ultimate combination of the performance of rigid boards with the advantages of inflatables. 

Its versatility and accessibility have enabled thousands of enthusiasts to learn, progress, and push their limits on the water. This new model, lighter and featuring a modern shape for enhanced glide and forgiveness, further cements its status as the ultimate benchmark.

• HIPE Freefly

The HIPE Free Fly is the perfect inflatable wingfoil board for strapless riding.

We designed it specifically to meet the needs of riders who prefer to ride without straps. Without footstrap inserts, we reduce weight and cost, and provide total freedom for your feet on the board, with no obstacles or uncomfortable zones.

• HIPE Cruzader

The HIPE Cruzader is the ultimate board for ultra-light wind and downwind wing foiling. Whether it's wing foiling, downwind, SUP foil, or flatwater starts, this board is a true multi-tool for marginal conditions.

Its extremely narrow outline boosts off the foil speed, which is obviously crucial for takeoff. Once airborne, it allows for sharp carving without touching the water, or during speed runs with a leaning angle.

On flat water, it's the queen, and it will surprise you in waves as its centered stance makes it very playful. Despite being a relatively long length, it feels pretty much as short as a standard board.

• HIPE Diamond

The HIPE Diamond has a mid-length shape that allows for early takeoff while maintaining great versatility: freeride, freefly, freesurf, jumps—this board can do it all, with a little extra glide.

Its mid-length shape is based on a narrow outline for better glide, takeoff, and acceleration.

To enhance takeoff, our designers developed a rigid rail at the board’s tail (also featured on the HIPE Stunt and Lethal). This rigid rail ensures clean water release at the end of the hull, improving glide before takeoff and boosting acceleration. You’ll pump less and fly earlier.

• HIPE Stunt

The HIPE Stunt is dedicated to Surf-Freestyle with amazing glide, huge pop, and soft landings, making it the inflatable board for pulling off solid tricks.

This round and compact shape is designed for maximum agility in the air. On the flip side, with an ideal volume and width distribution, it offers great stability when stationary and during landings.

For flatwater freestyle sessions or a mix of wave riding and jumps, the HIPE Stunt is a must-have.
