FORUM : feedback on Pie 2SK !!!

“Also, and finally, my first reaction after having received my new Pie 5’2 this past week. The delivery, as you can imagine, was euphoric!! The Board was as perfect as I had envisioned. The fact finish magnificent!! Even the CardBoard Box it came in was pretty…….. I didn’t want to toss out anything!! Last Sunday was my first outing, light wind nothing to shout about…… total onshore wind…. so really nothing exciting. A couple really small waves, choppy waterscape. 15 Knot winds thats moved up to about 20 kts, maybe 25 kts. I pulled out my 9m Strutwave since I don’t have a bigger one. And this Board, really, for me is just incredible!! I would say even better than whatever better signifies!!! And I was sooooo in question of what to get before I ordered!
A smooth Board in the churning water and blasts through the chop. She doesn’t ‘push’ water and accelerates quick, a real good plateau that gave me confidence enough to blast out a Backloop!! Which I don’t often dare try!!

The first outing in small surf really promises good times in better conditions….
