Eco Friendly Packing : “Insinuating about ‘zero plastic’ borders on hypocrisy, even schizophrenia, when we know perfectly well that 99% of what we surf on consists of either plastic or a form of chemistry. However, the Alarm has already sounded ; the planet is dying from plastic waste. So we must ultimately treat plastic that irreplaceable and substitute, as much as we can, those that are.
In our case, we recycle as much as humanly possible within our production. But now we must take serious the way we pack.
By adopting the Cardboard Extendable Packing, we are taking some serious measures in advance on several fronts : 1/ Soon we no longer use disposable plastic to wrap boards! 2/ You may keep this packing so you can re-use or re-sell your Board. You can open it up with ripping or tearing and they are easily storable and do not degrade with time. In order to facilitate the resale of second hand gear, it will augment the longevity of the product which augments your buying power. Spending less, pollutes less. 3/ We spend less time when packing. It makes the quality control of the Boards faster since they arrive here unpacked. The cardboard is bought here in France. The control of the Boards no longer produces waste and we can optimize the space per container. It is cheaper and it pollutes less.
