It's flat around here...
Like David, a lot of Wing Foilers are looking to complete their Foil Quiver with new Front Wings to evolve in light wind. David, already equipped with the Veloce XL, wonders whether he should choose a Curve XL or XLT. Here is the L’Our’s answer to this question:
“Hello, In my opinion, all Front Wings larger than the Curve XL are to be avoided in Wing. The only benefit will be in seriously limited conditions, and in very irregular winds. The gain in lift induces a loss of acceleration. And this loss is so great that you kill the wind speed. Whereas in light wind, the main useful wind is the wind speed. To put it plainly: you take off 1/2 knot earlier but you don’t pass the soft ones because you don’t have enough momentum. It’s up to you to see if this is really the low speed range you need. Thank you.” Advisor: l’Ours and GONG-GALAXY.

Didn’t you write in the product descriptions that the XLT has the same speed than the XL?
What is the limitation of the additional lift? Is it control in hi-speed (I am 91kgs)?
Merci

Salut Patrice
Merci
