When wings have a curvature they tend to have a harder time getting out of the water easily. When a point starts coming out of the water the other tip pulls it back in violently. It is very destabilizing and almost impossible to get back in line. Our flat wings are conceived with a different logic : freedom to breath without losing your line. the quality of our profiles allows them to come out of the water with out them spinning out of control. Also they’re made to head upwind and still maintain lift if the tip is exposed, meaning you won’t be flying over the handles bars.
