FEEDBACK: WING PLUS !!!

The 2021 Plus is radically different from its 2020 version. It has been completely revised on the basis of all your feedback. It offers a lot more power in the low end, less wingspan and therefore less contacts with the water, and it’s much lighter which means less fatigue. Confirmation with a feedback from Michel who is just getting started with the Plus.

“‘I’m still a beginner, I sail on a Mob2Taste 120l, foil XL beginner with mast 90, 78kg, I don’t jibe yet … I did my 10th wing session two weeks ago with the 7m Plus 2021 in conditions of marginal winds between 09 and 12-13 knots. I was only thinking of practicing the switch of hands on the beach but I took a shot at sailing to train at pumping. It turned out to be my best session with long quiet upwind tacks and downwinds. I still ended up paddling a bit.

The 7m 2021 is lighter, easier and more lively than the 5 Plus 2020, its wingspan is not impressive at all. I think this wing will allow me to gain experience in light winds. I have a 7m Plus and a 4m Plus 2021 and I think it’s perfectly suited to the conditions at home in the Mediterranean. I almost took a more performance oriented 4m in anticipation of my progress, but after 2 tries, I am delighted and thrilled with its behavior.”
