"Three weeks ago, I posted asking for advice on picking my next 'Lightwind' stab.
People pointed me toward the Veloce V3. I ordered the XL version, got it last week, and gave it a spin this weekend.
I’d already tried the Fluid V3 in M and had noticed how much of a leap it was from the V2.
So I went from a Veloce V2 XL (non-H) to a Veloce V3 XL… and wow, they’re worlds apart: the H V3 lifts off more easily (yep, really), the glide is insane (it just keeps flying on nothing), it’s smooth, playful, super confidence-inspiring, and fast!! I was hooked from the very first meters—even though I was already a big fan of the Veloce V2."
Low-end speed
"I'm still not that skilled when it comes to speed—my personal best was 22 knots with the Ypra S V3 in M.
Well, yesterday I hit the same speed effortlessly after just 5 minutes on it, in 15 knots of wind…
In the end, I clocked 40 km of pure fun, with jibes going down like butter.
Crazy!!!!
And I’m glad I chose the XL—anything smaller like the L would’ve been too light for the 10-knot lake conditions.
Now I’m eyeing an XS… Maybe a Veloce, a Ypra S… or a Fluid..."
