FEEDBACK: STAB CURVE

The Curve stab offers stability and grip in carves which allows you to push as hard as you want as François explains in his feedback.

Stability and grip in carves
“A very easy stab which gives a lot of stability and grip in the carves. Once you enter the turn, you can press hard, all the way down. You won’t skid from your line. So your positioning is always very precise and you can hold the carve very easily.”
Good support
“When pumping it’s great, the support is very clear, we have responsiveness because it’s rigid while retaining the smoothness we like, it’s a bit the opposite of a Veloce H stab which certainly will have more glide. It’s clear that for heading upwind it works well too.”
Compare and test
“For the moment I tested the 43cm with Fluid XL-T and Fluid L-T. When it comes to glide/speed, we are really very close to a Fluid. The thicknesses are almost identical. I’m going to test the 39cm with my Ypra S-L to compare with the Fluid 42 with an identical surface. In my opinion, a stab to be tested according to each person’s style and not to be limited to learning, especially for heavy people like me (+90kg).”

Can you compare the Curve to the Fluid? I find the Fluid perhaps too nervous when combined with the Veloce H front and I’m looking for more rail to rail stability.
