If the wing Plus is offered in our packs for beginners, it is mainly for its comfort and versatility, certainly not for concessions on performance as illustrated by this feedback shared by David.
“Though I went for a 4m² Neutra for the high wind range, I set my mind on a new Plus in 5m² when I renewed my quiver of wings. The Neutra is great when the wind is on, I really like its precision in the maneuvers but when trying a friend’s 5m² I realized two things.
First, I didn’t lose much fluidity in maneuvers and most importantly, that I had much more comfort in the low range. Since the low range is what matters in my eyes for a 5m², I didn’t hesitate too much.
Very happy after several sessions.
I really don’t feel like I’m on a less performant wing than the Neutra, not at my level anyway! 😅 In addition, the new window under the central strut offers a good view of what is happening downwind! Great wing.”
