Flying the Plus V2
“I bought the Plus parawing to do downwind runs with my SUP foil board (HIPE NOTW 8’3). First of all, it’s super compact and that’s a big plus in my world where gear takes up a lot of space! ;) The handling is quite intuitive and the kite is really stable on the front lines. You just need to properly control your wrist movement to sheet in and out. The GONG tutorial on YouTube shows it well.
Lowkite with a SUP foil board?
“I was told that starting with a long downwind board wasn’t ideal, but it actually works well. I find it much easier than with a paddle ;) Going upwind was easy with the Plus. And then the whole packing and deploying game is really something else. You pack it away on bump and relaunch when your legs get tired. It’s truly a revolution for downwind.
