FEEDBACK : Karmen FSP !!!

“An hour of magazine style waves early this morning and at the right time of the tide. Buoy 1.4m – 2.0m, 10s. Beautiful smooth faces rolling on the sandbar. Again it’s the Karmen 7’8 that came out. Because, perfect waves but a lot of eddy in the end of the wave / back to peak. A lot of people despite the early hour, and a rather moving take-off zone in function that the series concentrated more or less on the sandbar.Karmen is great in these conditions. Here no feeling of heaviness or lack of acceleration, the Board adapts perfectly to the rhythm of the wave. For turns, the feeling is close to what you feel in skiing in soft snow. We feel frank supports, but all in roundness without excessive hold. Enterring the turns is smooth, coming out of them too.It is easier to manage than a Curve because it is much more forgiving off the tail. You can fly a Karmen from the tail over almost a whole length of wave, something more complicated on a Curve where too much support on the tail is often equivalent to burning all your speed and difficult to recover. The Karmen retains its speed better, especially on flat sections and it is much less sensitive to turbulence, which is not negligible when it is a bit fair to double a section. This 7’8 FSP is seeing the water more and more often and I feel that it will not stay often in the trunk this winter”
