I had very positive sessions with the HIPE Pro in 4’6.
I decided to orient myself towards this board for surf trips. The advantages in terms of peace of mind while traveling (no risk of damage during transport) and the saving of space in the boardbag fully deserve to be taken into account. Concerning the navigation, I think that I may lose 1 to 2 knots in low range or maybe I just have to give more energy to take off. That being said, in flight, it is frankly effective and my sessions on this inflatable board have nothing to envy to one’s on my rigid board.
In short, if you move a lot with your gear and you hesitate, do not hesitate anymore…”
