Light, maneuverable, fast
“It’s a hard transition. At the beginning I could barely kneel on the board and it took me a good half hour to get some decent equilibrium. Once I managed to get on the board without falling, it took me a bit to find my stance and fly. But once I started to fly, what a difference! Light, maneuverable, fast. Quick to get on the foil once the gust arrived, easy to pump when on the foil and missing some push from the wind.”
Fold the board post use is fantastic
“It’s going to be a steep learning curve: I could only fly 4-5 times in a bit more than 1 hr in the water (usually I would fly non stop), but it’s gonna be fun to learn. Being able to fold the board post use is, for me, fantastic. Now I can think of traveling with my wife, dog and all my wing gear in the same car!”
