FEEDBACK: HIPE CRUZADER

You can read it, see it or hear about it, but the performances of the Cruzader and the HIPE Cruzader in light wind conditions are always a surprise for those who take off the first time in pure glide under the 10 knot mark. Mathieu’s feedback completes a long list of blown away users 😉

“It was really the glide of the board that impressed me.”
“I tested the HIPE Cruzader 7’6 today thanks to Yohann Roussel (note: GONG ambassador). Well it’s quite simple, I’m blown away. There were less than 10 knots, the windsurfers were hardly moving forward, the sailboats barely better. At the start I got into the water with a 4 m2, well clearly it was too small for the conditions and my solid 75 kgs, but I wanted to test Yohann’s Neutra RH, I already noticed that the board was willing to glide. A friend who couldn’t do anything with his 6 m2 and his 1750 cm2 front wing lent me his wing and there… The revelation! Epiphany! I felt a little power in the wing, I did a good dozen pumping strokes with the wing and the board glided, it accelerated and bam, it took off. Bluffing. Well, I still had the Sirus 116 underneath, but it was really the glide of the board that impressed me.
Thanks to Yohann for the test, or not because I just received my Lethal 4’10 and now I might fall for this board HIPE Cruzader 7’6/mast HM 85/Sirus L/ stab Fluid 47, rider of 75.5 at wake up ”
