FEEDBACK : GONG SUP FLINT FSP PRO !!!

Antoine, GONG Ambassador, has been practicing SUP Foil for 3 years. He shares with us his feedback on his new Flint FSP PRO:
“Here’s my feedback on the Flint 5’6 in SUPFoil!
For info, before the Flint I had the Zuma 6’3 and 3 years of practice in SUPFoil.
Already the construction is concrete and the Board is very light which is great for pumping.
I had a little apprehension about the stability, it’s quite sporty despite my habit of short boards and long narrow SUPFoils! On glassy it’s quite simple but it requires constant concentration, it is also necessary to master the technique of ShortSUP (offset foot) and have a powerful paddle technique for the take-off otherwise it could be very complicated without these skills.
At the take-off you have to be precise in the position of the feet because the short length does not forgive, once in flight it is pure, assured fun, the inertia that we have with longer and heavier Boards has disappeared, the Carbon construction helps to gain in nervousness in the supports too.
Pumping is easier because there is very little length in front of the Board and the light weight is more centered because of the size, which makes it easier and therefore the fatigue comes a little slower!
I’m really won over by this Flint which is really a high performance Board if you take it without oversizing it.”
