FEEDBACK: GONG KITE FREEWAVE!!!

I used my 12.9 Freewave 2020 for the first time on the 13/12 on flat water (Veillon lagoon). Conditions were 15/18 Knots. I weigh 90kg, I’ve been practicing for 17 years. Tricks, Big Air and some unhooked tricks.

Very good first impression, a very stable kite, regular kiteloop with good traction, no surprise. Good hang time. Note: there’s good bar traction. Personally I like when the bar pulls frimly. If it’s not your case, it’s not the right kite for you.

I was able to do some Railey. Good behavior when unhooked, no problem from the first session (before I was riding with another brand).

In short, I’m very happy with my purchase. A perfect quality/price ratio. I just ordered a 9 off the blow. I really don’t see why I should pay double or even more for not having better.
