FEEDBACK: FRONT WING FLUID L-T

The perfect balance when foiling inevitably requires the right gear for your level, weight and style of navigation, which Aurélien seems to have found with the Fluid L-T.

“Last session of the year, quick feedback of the FLUID L-T tested this morning. Conditions: gusty wind, 12-30 knots, flat Gear: I associated it with the Veloce 43 stab, monobloc v2 85cm mast and a 5m wing. My weight: 73kg (I previously had the Curve XL / L-T range then Fluid XL and L)
This wing is a true revelation!
It glides, it glides, it glides… And it goes fast, my best top speed reached in my 1st session. It gets through the soft waves without flinching, we can pump the foil endlessly (I have the impression that it stalls less than the L). In the maneuvers we don’t lose speed, it goes quickly, and it remains super maneuverable compared to a Fluid L. For long tacks we can push on it, it accelerates hard, and we gain in stability (vs Fluid L again).
In short
I find it perfect, an ideal combination of speed, handling and lift. It could become my only front wing (I have the XL-T for the very light conditions, which glides very well too, but its wingspan makes it a little more difficult to tame in the maneuvers, the wing can sometimes “refuse” if you release the pressure). Can’t wait to test this with more swell! ”
